Skipper - Orange and white polka dot dress

Skipper dress is handmade with a white on white cotton print bodice and an orange and white polka dot skirt trimmed with an orange attached ribbon belt with white plastic buckle. Velcro closure. Fabric pattern placement may vary from photo. Dress only--doll is not included.
